Communication of Bullying Policy

State law addresses procedures for communicating or disseminating anti-bullying policies to students, parents, and school personnel.

Mississippi Code 37-11-69 Anti-bullying personnel and discipline policies and code of student conduct.

(2) The procedure for reporting bullying established under subsection (1) of this section must be posted on the district's Internet website.
