Missouri ESSA Consolidated State Plan

The ESSA state plan describes existing interagency and community partnerships to support the state's work on Title I, Part C Migrant Education Program (MEP) and Title I, Part D Prevention and Intervention Programs for Children and Youth who are Neglected, Delinquent, or At-Risk. LEAs and local MEPs work and coordinate with the Missouri Department of Social Services and other organizations to support migratory families. The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education provides techincal assistance to the Department of Youth Services, the Department of Corrections, and other Title I Part D recipients to support youth who or neglected or delinquent in their transition
