Arizona Revised Statutes 15-341 General powers and duties; immunity; delegation

A. The governing board shall:

    1. In conjunction with local law enforcement agencies and emergency response agencies, develop an emergency response plan for each school in the school district in accordance with minimum standards developed jointly by the department of education and the division of emergency management within the department of emergency and military affairs.
