State law encourages districts to provide safeguards, counseling or other supportive services or interventions, or requires districts to provide students with resources and referrals without mandating the provision of direct services or interventions.

Wyoming Statutes § 21-4-314. School district implementation; state policies, training and technical assistance.

(b)  The policy prohibiting harassment, intimidation or bullying shall include, without limitation:

  • (vii)  A strategy for protecting a victim from additional harassment, intimidation or bullying, and from retaliation following a report;
