17 Guam Code Annotated 3207 Local Wellness Policy.
The Board shall adopt a uniform Body Mass Index (BMI) standard in evaluating measurable objectives of the Policy. The Policy shall conform to the Standard of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Center for Health Statistics. For purposes of this Section, the BMI is a calculation that uses a child's height, age, and weight to estimate how much body fat he or she has compared to population-referenced Standard.
