State law requires that School Meals-meet USDA nutrition standards.

Oregon Administrative Rules 581-051-0590 Meal Quality

The nutrition Standard of Section 210.10, 210.10a, 220.8a, 225.16, and 226.20 of Title 7, Code of Federal Regulations shall apply to all programs under these rules.
