Each LEA shall be required to employ certified personnel as required by state/federal law:

• 1. superintendent;
• 2. special education supervisor;
• 3. title IX coordinator;
• 4. child welfare and attendance supervisor;
• 5. school nurse;
• 6. school food services supervisor;
• 7. business manager

Each city and parish school system shall employ at least one school nurse certified by the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education but shall not exceed a statewide average of one certified school nurse for each one thousand five hundred students.
