(c) The Department of Human Services shall use the monies in the Fund for domestic violence and public awareness programs publicly or privately organized pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Department for the Fund's use. The Department shall use 30 percent of the monies in the Fund for public awareness programs in schools under this chapter. The Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Council shall use 10 percent of monies in the Fund for public awareness programs within the schools.
