California Education Code 234.4. Procedures for preventing acts of bullying
(a) A local educational agency shall adopt, on or before December 31, 2019, procedures for preventing acts of bullying, including cyberbullying. (b) For purposes of this section, a “local educational agency” means a school district, a county office of education, or a charter school.
