Communication of Bullying Policy

State law addresses procedures for communicating or disseminating anti-bullying policies to students, parents, and school personnel.

Each district’s antibullying policy shall be included in the student handbook and shall require, at a minimum, the following components:
- (6) A statement of how the policy is to be publicized;
