CVIR 17-003-002 Virgin Islands Student Discipline Policy
Unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol by students on school premises or at any school activity is prohibited. This policy is based on Virgin Islands Statuteas well as the belief that use of illicit drugs and alcohol is wrong and harmful.
